Sample Collection

The DUTCH Plus test combines dried urine and saliva collection, done entirely at home. You'll collect four dried urine samples onto filter paper cards across one day, around dinner time, before bed, first thing in the morning, and two hours after waking, the same as our DUTCH Complete test. On top of this, you'll collect additional saliva samples in the window right after waking to capture your Cortisol Awakening Response. Each sample is left to dry fully before being packaged and sent to the lab. For women who are still menstruating, collection is ideally done between days 19 to 22 of a 28-day cycle. Full instructions are included in your kit, and the NutraNourish team is on hand to support you every step of the way. Results are typically returned within 3 to 4 weeks.
