Sample Collection

The DUTCH test uses a simple dried urine collection method, done entirely at home. Urine samples are collected onto filter paper cards at four specific time points across one day- around dinner time, before bed, first thing in the morning, and two hours after waking. Each sample is left to dry fully before being packaged and sent to the lab. For women who are still menstruating, collection is ideally done between days 19–22 of a 28-day cycle.
