IonicMag™ 500 contains 500 mg of liquid ionic magnesium harvested from the Great Salt Lake. This concentrated liquid form of magnesium is highly bioavailable and can be easily titrated based on taste and dietary requirements.

Recommended Use: Mix 5 mL (approximately 1 teaspoon) with 16 ounces of water or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Can increase or decrease the amount of water for desired concentrate and taste.
